Guides / Public list prices
Reading public list prices
Vendor pricing pages are marketing surfaces. Scrapemarket treats them as structured snapshots — useful for ranking, incomplete for contracts.
What “list price” usually includes
- Published monthly subscription amounts and included volume.
- Stated $/1k (or similar) for overage or pay-as-you-go cards we can parse.
- Obvious caveats on the card: free trial, rate limits, JS pricing lines.
What it usually hides
- Enterprise and negotiated discounts.
- Custom scrapers, dedicated capacity, and SLA credits.
- Whether your targets need JS render, CAPTCHA-heavy paths, or geo premiums.
That is why every estimate links to the live vendor page and why we show parse notes when a field is ambiguous.
Why daily snapshots matter
List prices move without a press release. We refetch pricing pages on a schedule, store history, and publish diffs on Price changes. Provider pages chart recent $/month and $/1k so you can see drift — something brochure sites rarely keep.
Affiliate note
Some outbound pricing buttons use referral links. Rankings still use the same public numbers. Details live on the methodology page.
